Order Status & Tracking

I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please contact us through our online Help Center. We’re happy to assist!

How do I check the status of my order, return, or exchange?
After placing your order with La Dolce Fiona, you’ll receive an email with your order number. You can also log into My Account and check Order History for real-time updates. We’ll email you as items are shipped, including backorders.

What happens if an item is backordered or unavailable?
If an item becomes unavailable, we'll notify you by email and issue a refund. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available, and you’ll see estimated ship dates while shopping.

I received my order but an item is missing. What should I do?
If you are missing an item (and it's not on backorder), please file a claim through our Claims Portal or contact us through our Help Center.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please email us immediately after placing your order. Once your order is being processed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. You may still return eligible items once you receive them.

My order status says "In Progress." What does that mean?
It means your order is currently being prepared for shipping. Once an order is "In Progress," we are unable to make any changes.

I just purchased an item, but now it’s on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
We don’t offer price adjustments on previous purchases, as our sale pricing reflects real-time inventory evaluations and availability. Items marked down during a sale may differ in stock levels or demand from those sold at full price.

How do I select the right size?
Check our Size Chart tool located on every product page. If you still have questions, our team is ready to assist by email.

What if my size or color is sold out?
Our collections are curated in limited quantities. Some sold-out styles may be restocked. If available, a future shipping date will be shown, and you can place a backorder.

Can I save items in my shopping cart?
Yes, if you’re logged into your account. Please note that items are not reserved and may sell out while in your cart.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! You can purchase a La Dolce Fiona gift card directly on our website.

How do I redeem a gift card?
At checkout, enter your gift card number and PIN in the designated fields.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Shopify Installments, and Apple Pay. All cards must be issued within the U.S.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase for the full order total, including shipping.

Why was my card declined but a charge still appears?
It’s a pre-authorization hold, not an actual charge. Please contact your bank to release the pending hold.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed Monday–Friday by 10 AM EST usually ship the same or next business day. Orders after 10 AM, weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.

How do I find an item I can't locate?
Use the Search bar at the top of our website to search by product name, color, or keyword.

How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the field labeled "Promo Code."

We accept returns for items in original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. See our full Return Policy here.

What does "Final Sale" mean?
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or adjusted.

Will my billing and shipping information be saved?
Yes, if you are logged into your account, your shipping and billing information will auto-fill at checkout.

What’s the difference between billing and shipping address?
Billing is the address linked to your payment method. Shipping is where your order will be delivered.

What are my shipping options?
